Sesame potato fingers

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

  • 2 boiled potatoes mashed

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  1. Mix mashed potatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning if using.
  2. Spread generously over each of the bread slices. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  3. Grill for a few minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. Cut each slice into 3 long fingers. Serve warm with salsa or ketchup.
