  • 4 tbsp plain flour

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 pinch chilli powder

  • 500g chicken breast chopped into nuggets

  • 1 vegetable stock cube


  1. Put all the dry ingredients into a bag and season. Shake until mixed.
  2. Put the chicken bits into the bag with the coating and shake through.
  3. Fry in the oil.
  4. Enjoy with a green salad, coleslaw and tons of sweet chilli dipping sauce.
  5. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Handy Hint

Make sure top of bag is secured before you start shaking!!
