Pesto-crusted fish

  • 3 tbsp pesto

  • 1 fish any works well

  • 100g breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Mix the pesto with the breadcrumbs and the lemon juice.
  2. Spoon and press onto the fish.
  3. Put ino the oven for 10-15 mins until the fish is cooked and the crumb is crispy.

Handy Hint

Use the no frills fish from the supermarket and its a really cheap and tasty dish, nice with salad or veg.

    I've only tried this with salmon before and can recommend, but will now try with white fish too

    This is a fab recipe that looks and tastes like it took ages to prepare but is ready very quickly
