  • 1 eggs

  • 1 splash milk


  1. Break the egg into a microwavable dish, preferably the one your baby will eat out of.
  2. Add a dash of milk; whisk with a fork and put into the microwave for 1 minute.
  3. It is light and fluffy with no extra washing up - the quickest lunch option in our house.

Handy Hint

Use the bowl your baby will eat out of, or if that gets too hot once cooked transfer it to a cool bowl for quick cooling.
