  • 3 yoghurt pots self-raising flour

  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 1 pot of your child's favourite flavour yoghurt

  • 1 yoghurt pot of oil

  • 1 yoghurt pot of sugar

  1. In a bowl, put 1 pot of your favourite flavour yoghurt.
  2. Keep the empty pot and use it to measure the sunflower oil, sugar and self raising flour into the bowl with the yoghurt.
  3. Then add 3 beaten eggs and mix it all well.
  4. Put into bun or muffin cases, and bake at 160C for 15 minutes on the top shelf.

Handy Hint

These are so easy to make, but don't keep that well. Best eaten on day of baking, so that's a good excuse to scoff the lot.

Just made these and added some fresh strawbs and while chocolate. I also replaced one of the pots of flour with wholemeal to make it just a tad more virtuous and filling, they are great. Just wish I could figure out how to pop them out of my silicon tray without destroying them!

Really easy, good fun. My 30month DD did all the tipping and mixing. Light and tasty!
