  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 mushroom

  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 kebab sticks


  1. Chop up the chicken breast, onion, red pepper and mushroom into bite sized pieces and cover with soy sauce and runny honey, mix well.
  2. Leave in the fridge to marinade for a couple of hours.
  3. Mix again and thread onto kebab sticks.
  4. Put sticks on barbecue until chicken is cooked through and white in the middle.

Handy Hint

You can also add chopped garlic to the marinade if you are not planning to snog anyone!
