  • 225g butter softened

  • 115g icing sugar

  • 115g cornflour

  • 225g plain flour


  1. Preheat oven to 150C. Line a tin 33cm by 23 cm with non-stick baking parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together and add the flour and cornflour. Mix well until starts sticking together.
  3. Tip mixture into tray. Dip hand in flour and squidge out the semi formed dough until flat in the tray.
  4. Prick with a fork and bake until golden. Sprinkle with caster sugar and cut into pieces whilst hot.
  5. Leave in tin to cool.

    Easy recipe that little people like to help with- especially the squdging part!Can easily become dairy or gluten free.
