Bacon spaghetti

  • 5 tbsp olive oil

  • 450g spaghetti

  • 450g bacon

  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan grated


  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain well and crumble.
  2. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
  3. Process garlic cloves through a garlic press, and combine with olive oil.
  4. Toss spaghetti, bacon, garlic and olive oil. Season with pepper to taste (there should be plenty of salt from the bacon).
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
