  • 4 chicken breast

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 150g low fat yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp curry paste


  1. Score the chicken breasts across the top, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. Mix other ingredients in a glass dish.
  3. Thoroughly coat the chicken in the marinade for at least an hour (overnight is good too).
  4. Bake at 200C/Gas Mark 6 for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Serve with a fresh salad or cold in lunchboxes as slices or in wraps.
