Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 6 ripe bananas

  • 340g organic oats About 4 cups

Method

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl
  2. Add the oats, cinnamon, water
  3. Combine the ingredients together
  4. Transfer to an ovenproof dish
  5. Bake in the oven for 24 min at 200c

Note: Pre heat oven
