1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 block firm tofu
Boil about 1l of water with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook the tofu for 2-3 minutes to bring out the bean flavor.
Wrap each piece tofu and pickle in bacon, going around at least once so the ends overlap. You may need to cut the bacon.
Heat a pan with oil, and fry tofu bacon under small fire until each side becomes golden. Transfer it on a plate. Sprinkle the black pepper powder. Serve.
