5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
500g seafood mix
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
500g Mixed seafood
1 Green pepper
1 Garlic clove
1 Cube fish stock
Saffron or yellow food colouring
1: Finely chop the garlic, tomato and pepper.
2: Lightly cover a 30cm frying pan with olive oil and add the chopped pepper, tomato and garlic.
3: Gently fry until it is nicely mashed up.
4: Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, the fish stock and a bit of saffron or food colouring and stir.
5: Add the seafood and approximately 750ml of water, stir well and bring to the boil.
6: Add the rice evenly and cook on medium to high heat stirring it every now and then.
7: The dish is ready when all the water has evaporated.
8: Leave standing for 5 minutes and serve.
9: Enjoy… With a side salad!
