Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
  2. Line a small square baking dish with parchment paper
  3. Mash the banana with a fork and combine with the peanut butter. Mix well. Add in cocoa powder and/or protein powder (use a wooden spoon)
  4. Pour batter into the dish and bake for 10-20 min or until cooked through.
  5. Let it cool for 5-10 min before cutting it. You can top it with walnuts or vegan chocolate chips if you wish!
