  • 75g butter

  • 5 tbsp desiccated coconut plus extra for decorating

  • 5 tbsp drinking chocolate

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 20 digestive biscuits crushed into crumbs

  1. Melt the butter gently in a pan and when melted, remove from heat. 2. Stir in the condensed milk until completely mixed and then stir in the coconut and drinking chocolate again until completely mixed. 3. Stir in the crushed biscuits, about a quarter at a time. Make sure to keep an eye on the mixture as if it's too loose add a couple more biscuits. If it is too stiff don't add all of the biscuits. After that you should be able to roll it into balls. 4. The mixture makes about 23-27 bite-size balls but you can make them any size you like. Roll in the extra coconut and leave to set for as long as you think it needs to set.

Handy Hint

You can also use cocoa instead of drinking chocolate if you wish.

Fabulous with cocoa but not as good with instant drinking chocolate!
