  • 120g spaghetti

  • 100g ham

  • 8 eggs

  • 150g peas

  • 50g Parmesan or other hard cheese


Preheat the oven to 180 degree
Take a non-stick 12-hole muffin tin and spread a bit of butter
Cook the pasta al dente; drain and refresh under cool water; drain again and put it aside
Cut the ham into cubes
Slightly beat the eggs, add the grated parmesan cheese, the peas, and the ham and divide them among the muffin holes
Bake for about 20 minutes until the frittatas are risen

    Cooked these today and they came out pretty decent, easy to cook and taste nice. Less a muffin more like pasta bubble and squeak!
