  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 3 ripe bananas


  1. Slice bananas into chunks and freeze

  2. Place the frozen chunks in a food processor with the milk and vanilla essence

  3. Blitz until creamy thick ice cream consistency but not too much or they melt

  4. Serve and add some honey and peanut butter sauce on top
