  • 25g butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 100g flour

  • 100g oatmeal

  • 50g mixed seeds


  1. Run the butter into the flour and the oatmeal.
  2. Add the mixed seeds and salt.
  3. Add cold water to bind if necessary.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
  5. Cook on a medium griddle.

The crunchy texture goes well with toppings and dips.
