  • 100g desiccated coconut

  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 x 397g tins condensed milk

  • 150g dried fruit

  • 20g ground almonds

  • 240g porridge oats

  • 80g mixed seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 140c. Grease and line a small baking tray.
  2. Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan and warm. Stir in the peanut butter and mix.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and spoon into the baking tray.
  4. Bake for 50-60 mins until golden brown.
  5. Leave to cool before cutting into bars.
