Avocado and chilli on toast

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1-2 splashes lemon juice

  • 2 slices of toast

  • 1 pinch chilli flakes/fresh chilli


  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl
  2. Add the lemon juice and sea salt, to taste
  3. Mash all the ingredients together, making sure the texture is still chunky
  4. Spread the mixture onto toast and garnish with chilli flakes or chopped up chilli
