500g plain flour
7g Instant dried yeast
- Pre heat your oven to 230C, 450F, Gas Mark 8.
- Mix the flour and salt together, rub in the butter and then stir in the yeast. Mix to a soft dough by hand.
- Knead for 10 mins by hand on a floured surface. Cover and rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Shape the dough and put it in a greased 2lb tin. Cover with a damp tea towel and put in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Bake in an oven for 35 mins. Enjoy!
