65g self-raising flour
1 medium egg
15g golden caster sugar
15g sunflower oil
- Mix in the flour and add the sugar. 2. Add the egg and milk and stir the mixture together.
- Pour the oil into a small frying pan and then pour some of the mixture on to the frying pan.
- When a pancake has sizzled on one side for a minute flip it over with a spatula. Serve on a
plate with your chosen topping or just plain. Then you can eat your tasty pancakes.
