1l semi-skimmed milk
handful of cherry tomatoes
1 head brocolli
400g mature cheddar
2 cloves of garlic
handful of mushrooms
Make up a cheese sauce (flour, butter, milk, cheese and a little mustard).
Cook macaroni according to packet instructions.
Two minutes before the macaroni is done, add the broccoli florets.
Saute the garlic and mushrooms in a pan.
Add the cooked macaroni, broccoli, garlicky mushrooms and cherry tomatoes to the cheese sauce.
You can bake it in the oven or serve as it is.
