half courgette

5 florets broccoli

6 Mushrooms

1 Mixed peppers

2 Tins of chopped tomatoes

100g Frozen peas

100g Frozen sweetcorn

handful Mixed seeds
Method
Chop up and fry all your veg, adding garlic to taste.
When all the veg is softened, add the frozen vegetables, the tinned tomatoes
Serve with brown basmati rice or whole wheat pasta
