Baked fish with cannellini beans

  • 3 tbsp capers

  • 4 Fillets of white fish

  • 1 tin cannellini beans

  • 6 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 handful optional extra veggies


  1. In a baking dish, mix together a tin of cannellini beans, the tomatoes and any extra veg
  2. Sprinkle with capers and add herbs
  3. Place the fish on top, cover with tin foil and pop in the oven for 20 mins
