15 minute garlic bread

  • 75g butter

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

  • 1 french stick


  1. Cut the french stick into slices but be careful not to cut all the way through the loaf
  2. Peel and crush the garlic and mix with the softened butter and parsley
  3. Spread each slice, back and front with the garlic butter
  4. Wrap the bread in foil, put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C/Gas Mark 6.

If you want it brown on top, leave in for a few minutes at the end with the foil opened.

Handy Hint

The five minutes refers to how quickly you can get this in the oven.
