Mango Pineapple Salsa

  • 1/2g bunch of coriander

  • 1 Mango

  • 1 Pineapple

  • 4 Scallions

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • 1 Green Chilli


Peel and roughly chop the mango and peel and core the pineapple.
Roughly chop all of the ingredients and add to a food processor.
Pulse until the desired consistency is reached.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavours to mingle.

Handy Hint

You can also chop the salsa by hand for a rougher consistency.
