  • 250g self-raising flour

  • 200g caster sugar

  • 432g tin of crushed pineapple


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and combine with sugar.
  3. Add pineapple (the entire contents of the tin), and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes.
