  • 1/2 Cantaloupe/Melon

  • 1/2 Cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp Goji berries or Chia seeds

  • Handful Berries: Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries

  • 1 tbsp Almonds

  • 1 tbsp Honey


  1. Cut the cantaloupe melon in half and de-seed.

  2. Place the additional ingredients inside, one by one according to your preference.

  3. Run the tbsp of honey on top and enjoy.

It is essential to start your day with a satisfying yet wholesome brekkie! Cantaloupe melon is jammed with beta-carotene for a healthy skin and potassium, Greek yoghurt is high in calcium, almonds are full of protein and fibre, berries are bursting with fibre, natural sugars, Vitamin C to name a few, Goji berries are high in anti-oxidant properties and Vitamin A, Chia seeds enjoy omega-3 fat and fibre and finally honey provides cleansing, anti-oxident and antiseptic properties for our bodies. Alternatively, Manuka honey is also very good for digestion incase you need a boost!


It’s ideal for the summer, as the ingredients tend to be a summer produce.

The Greek yoghurt is a great and plentiful source of healthy calcium for a pregnant women, just always double check that diary products are pasteurised to be on the safe side.
