  • 250g digestive biscuits crushed

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 4 lemons zest and juice

  • 100g butter melted

  • 100g greek yogurt

  • 100g whipped cream


  1. Put crushed biscuits into the base of a cake tin, pour over butter and leave in fridge to set for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix condensed milk with whipped double cream and some Greek yoghurt, zest and juice of up to 4 lemons depending on how lemony you like it.
  3. Pour onto crushed ginger biscuit base and leave in fridge to set for minimum of two hours.

Tastes like the most amazing indulgent lemony creamy dessert ever!
