175ml evaporated milk
350g granulated sugar
100g dried cranberries
300g white chocolate, chopped
- Line a shallow 10x8” tin.
- Heat sugar, milk & butter in a large, heavy pan until sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to boil, stirring with wooden spoon. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add cranberries and chocolate. Quickly stir and pour into tin.
- Chill for one hour.
On step 3 - make sure it is EXACTLY 5 minutes only.
