200g chicken breast
200g strong cheddar cheese
1 salt and pepper to season
1 1 Just-Rol Rosemary and Thyme Puff Sheet
1 1 Caponata sauce Jar
1 1 Red Pepper
- Unroll your puff sheet on a buttered bake tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Cook your chicken in the pan with a drop of olive oil, salt and pepper to season.
- Add your Caponata sauce and the sliced pepper to the half-cooked puff sheet.
- Add your cooked chicken.
- Add the grated Cheddar.
- Stick int he oven for 15-20 minutes.
