  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 green chilli

  • 3 medium eggs

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 1g ginger


  1. Crush the chilly, ginger and garlic together
  2. Place the eggs in a flat bowl
  3. Whisk with a fork, the crushed ingredients, salt and eggs
  4. Place the oil in a frying pan and heat up
  5. Place the bread in the egg mixture, covering both sides of the bread
  6. Place the egg covered bread in the frying pan and fry both sides
    Serve hot
