Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 splashes dry white wine

  • 10 splashes soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 150g beef steak per person

  • 1 pinch chilli flakes

Method

1 - Mix soy sauce, sugar, white wine, garlic and chilli and stir to dissolve sugar
2 - Add beef and coat in the marinade
3 - Leave in the fridge for minimum of 4 hours (better if left overnight)
4 - Heat oil in a frying pan until hor
5 - flash fry the steak (few minutes either side) until browned
5 - Serve with oriental vegetables and rice/noodles

Handy Hint

Can replace beef with turkey steaks if you dont want to use red meat
