Colourful tuna pasta bake

  • 1 handful courgette

  • 1 handful cheese grated

  • 3 tbsp creme fraiche

  • 1 handful yellow peppers

  • 1 tin tomato soup

  • 1 red onion grated

  • 1 bag pasta

  • 1 tin tuna in olive oil


  1. Boil the pasta
  2. Fry the red onion, courgette (either grated or cut into very small pieces) and yellow pepper (cut into small chunks)
  3. Place cooked pasta and fried veggies into a glass pyrex dish
  4. Stir in the tinned tuna, can of soup and as much creme fraiche as you facny
  5. Liberal sprinkle with grated cheese
  6. Put in an oven 180C for about 30 minutes
  7. Devour with gusto
