Ingredients

  • 175g self-raising flour

  • 175g butter

  • 175g soft brown sugar

  • 1 orange juiced

  • 1 orange zested

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tsp thin-cut marmalade

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Place cases in bun tray.
  3. In a mixing bowl beat sugar and butter until fluffy .
  4. Add the eggs one by one until fully mixed in.
  5. Add zest, juice and marmalade and stir throughly.
  6. Fold in flour gently.
  7. Put mixture in bun cases (give bowl to children to lick!).
  8. Cook for 20 minutes.

Handy Hint

Eat when warm and serve with homemade lemonade . Yummy.
