  • 1 onion

  • 1 stock cube

  • 1 pint water boilling

  • 2 handfuls meat of your choice

  • 1 handful beans of your choice


  1. Place all ingredients except water and stock cube into a casserole dish.
  2. Mix water with stock cube and add to dish, stirring well.
  3. Cook in a hot oven for 1 hour at 180C or equivalent.

Handy Hint

A great way to use leftovers, and brilliant with jacket potatoes
