2 slices bacon
2 slices brie
2 turkey breast
2 baked potatoes with butter or sour cream (to serve)
- Slice open the turkey breast, fill with sliced cheese, brie works best.
- Wrap with bacon, as little or as much as you like, to keep the shape.
- Then wrap again in tin foil.
- Place on a baking tray at about 170C.
- Serve with a baked potato, see handy hint.
For quickness, pre-microwave your potato then over cook in foil on the baking tray for a crispy baked potato accompaniment.
