  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/2 jars crunchy peanut butter

  • 3/4 tins coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 1/2 tbsp thai sweet chilli sauce


  1. Whack it all in a saucepan and heat gently for about 5 minutes until it makes a creamy sauce.

Handy Hint

The amount of cocounut cream and peanut butter can be adjusted to taste.
