1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 jars crunchy peanut butter
3/4 tins coconut cream
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp thai sweet chilli sauce
- Whack it all in a saucepan and heat gently for about 5 minutes until it makes a creamy sauce.
The amount of cocounut cream and peanut butter can be adjusted to taste.
