1 onion sliced
1 handful cheese grated
1 tin tomatoes
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 bowl mashed potato (to cover the filling)
- Fry the sausages with sliced onions until both are browned.
- Add the tin(s) of tomatoes, then the herbs.
- Slather mash over the top, and sprinkle cheese over mash.
- Pop in oven at 180C until cheese is melty.
Use herby sausages, much nicer.
