  • 1 onion

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 courgette

  • 250g pork

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 pints apple juice


  1. Chop and fry onion until tender.
  2. Add pork until cooked but not browned.
  3. Chop and add the rest of the vegetables then add apple juice to cover and simmer until veg are tender.
  4. Blend to a smooth puree or leave a little lumpier for older babies.

Handy Hint

You can vary the veg, try using broccoli instead of courgette.
