  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp mango chutney

  • 3 handfuls boiled potatoes chopped into bite-sized cunks


  1. Allow the potatoes to cool completely with a clean tea towel over the top.
  2. Mix mayo, yoghurt and mango chutney until delicious then stir into the potatoes to coat.

Handy Hint

Omit the potato for a quick dip people will rave about for years.
