  • 1 stock cube I have used ham, veg or fish in the past

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 red onion chopped

  • 1 pepper chopped

  • 1 tin ratatouille

  • 1 pinch mixed herbs

  • 350g river cobbler or other white fish fillets, skinned and boned


  1. Throw all contents into slow cooker, turn slow cooker on, sit and MN for a good few hours.
  2. Can also be cooked in a pan on the stove in a shorter space of time.

Handy Hint

Serve with anything you like - pasta, rice, crusty bread… and wine ;-)
