Oatcakes and smoked salmon with prawns

  • 1 jar smoked salmon pate shop bought for speed

  • 150g king prawns

  • 3 handfuls mini oatcakes


  1. Coat prawns in a drop of olive oil, chopped coriander and chilli flakes (or buy the pre-done ones in Marks). Mix.
  2. Spread pate on oatcakes, top with a prawn.
  3. Serve.
