  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 50g desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 150g oats

  • 1 handful cranberries

  • 1 handful seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful dried fruit


  1. Mix it all together and place in a shallow dish.
  2. Put the dish in the freezer until part frozen.
  3. Remove from the freezer and cut into bar shapes. You can then wrap each one individually and place in the freezer, until you want to eat them.

Handy Hint

This recipe is raw, delicious, really healthy and filling, and the kids will eat it very happily!
