  • 2 chicken breast diced

  • 2 handfuls rice

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Cook the chicken until golden.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ground pepper.
  3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve over rice.
