  • 1 yellow pepper chopped

  • 1 red pepper chopped

  • 1 handful cheese cubed

  • 1 handful ham chopped

  • 1 tin condensed chicken soup

  • 400g fusilli pasta

  • 2 handfuls frozen sweetcorn or peas

  • 1 tin condensed mushroom soup


  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and drain when still al dente.
  2. Chuck the drained pasta back into the saucepan, add the soup and all other ingredients, stir well and transfer to an oven-proof dish.
  3. Cook at 190C/Gas Mark 5 for about 20 minutes. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.

Handy Hint

This is a great 'chuck it together' midweek casual meal.
