Salmon and pea pasta

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 100g frozen peas

  • 150ml creme fraiche

  • 350g pasta shapes

  • 2 tsp fresh or dried parsley


  1. Place the pasta in saucepan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Add peas for the last 3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, put the salmon fillets on a microwave plate and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  3. In a saucepan, put creme fraiche and melt over a medium heat and add parsley and seasoning.
  4. Drain the pasta and peas. Flake salmon into the sauce and add pasta. Stir to cover and serve.
