  • 1 tbsp brown sugar heaped

  • 1/2 pints milk

  • 1 bag matzo meal (medium works best)


  1. Heat around half a pint of milk gently in a saucepan, and gradually stir in the matzoh meal.
  2. It will thicken as it cooks, so stir, and add, and stir and add, until it is the right texture.
  3. When it is the right texture, stir in a dessert spoon of sugar. Eat immediately!

Handy Hint

Keep stirring, so it does not go lumpy.
