1 tbsp brown sugar heaped
1/2 pints milk
1 bag matzo meal (medium works best)
- Heat around half a pint of milk gently in a saucepan, and gradually stir in the matzoh meal.
- It will thicken as it cooks, so stir, and add, and stir and add, until it is the right texture.
- When it is the right texture, stir in a dessert spoon of sugar. Eat immediately!
Keep stirring, so it does not go lumpy.
