  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 8 parsnips


  1. Peel parsnips, and roast in olive oil, with a good grinding of salt and pepper.
  2. 30 minutes before the parsnips come out of the oven, drizzle over a little honey.
