  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 4 handfuls rice (enough for however many you are feeding)

  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 8 sausages chopped

  • 1 tin chilli beans

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Cook the sausages, either grill or fry, I fry them with the onion as it saves time.
  2. Start to cook either the rice or the pasta.
  3. When the sausages and onion are cooked, add everything else and as much or as little water as you like.
  4. Bring it to the boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice/pasta, and scoff!
